5th Annual Charity Golf Tournament to Benefit the
Connecticut Children’s Medical Center

This year's tournament will be held at Wintonbury Hills Golf Course in Bloomfield. Wintonbury Hills is rated the second best course in the state by Golfweek Magazine. Join us on Thursday July 23 for another exciting tournament to benefit Connecticut Children's Medical Center.

Ways to Help

1. Golf. Join us for a day of golf at one of the highest rated public golf courses in Connecticut. The day includes 18 holes of golf, lunch, dinner and drinks.
2. Dinner only. If you don’t golf or can’t take that much time away from the office, join us for dinner starting at 5:30pm. The buffet dinner and open bar is sure to please and you will have the chance to bid on items during the silent auction.
   
3. Raffle or Auction Donations. We are looking for items to offer in our raffle or auction. Past donations have included gift certificates for services, telephones and golf umbrellas.
   
4. Sponsorship. Sponsorship offers the greatest opportunity to contribute to success of the tournament and support Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. With five levels of sponsorship, there is something for every budget.
   

Details

Date: Thursday July 23, 2009

Time: Registration begins at 10:00 am. A BBQ lunch at the clubhouse will be served starting at 11:00 am. The touranment begins with a shotgun start at 12:30 pm.   Cocktail Reception and Dinner begin immediately following golf around 5:30 pm.

Where: Wintonbury Hills Golf Course, 206 Terry Plains Road in Bloomfield

Dress Code: Collared shirt, no denim, and soft spikes.

Cost: The cost per golfer is $150 and includes golf, cart, lunch, cocktail reception and dinner.
If you are interested in joining us for dinner and cocktails only, the cost is $50.

Raffle & Auction Donations

Every dollar that is spent by the golfers on the raffle and silent auction goes directly to the charity. You can help out by donating items, such as gift certificates, golf bags, electronics or any other item. Everyone who contributes will be recognized on signage and will get a 1/4 page ad in the booklet if the prize is valued at $100 or more retail.

Advertising and Sponsorship Opportunities Available

Sponsorship offers the greatest opportunity to contribute. All the sponsorships below include the opportunity to insert an item such as a pen or golf ball in each golfers gift bag.

Tee. Includes sign on the course. $150

Bronze. Includes a tee sign and a green sign and 1/2 page advertisement in the tournament
booklet. $500

Silver. Includes one golfer, a sign displayed at lunch and half page advertisement in the tournament booklet. $1000

Hole-in-One. Includes twosome of golfers and meals, signage at one of the “Hole in One Contest” holes, and a full page advertisement in the tournament booklet. $1750

Titanium. Includes foursome of golfers and meals, recognition on a sign in each golf cart and a full page advertisement in the booklet. $2500
